Due to unforseen circumstances, the Gibson + Recoder projector performance has been cancelled. In its place will be an encore presentation of All That Is Animated. If you have purchased advance tickets to the 5:30 pm screening of All That Is Animated and were unable to secure a seat, you may still use those tickets for the 8 pm screening. Yes, it's true. Larry Flynt is coming to the Ann Arbor Film Festival in support of the tell-all documentary Larry Flynt: The Right To Be Left Alone. Also joining us in person is award-winning cinematographer Ellen Kuras, screening her 23-year in the making documentary epic The Betrayal (Nerakhoon). The artist of Strange Culture fame, Steve Kurtz, will be in attendance to talk about his highly-publicized trial that rocked the art world. Film Threat's Chris Gore will be running our timely Flipping the Coin panel on fair use and copyright.
